Indian society is very ancient, whose characteristics are described in Vedic literature. There was a certain form of the society of that period, some of its basic characteristics were. From time to time, people from other societies also got involved in it.
This led to a general change in the external shape of Indian society, which can be seen in the division of colors. It can be called a turning point in Indian society.
In the initial direction of the Varna system, all the Varnas had a relation of roti-beti. In the Vedas, the description of the Virat Purush states that the Brahmin is his face, the Kshatriyas on his arms, the Vaishya his middle parts, and the Shudras his feet. According to Karma, this division began to happen after birth and in its own character the cuteness of bread and daughter became firm and untouchability became a major social problem.
Later, democratic governance practices came into existence, and now according to communist ideology, the need for a casteless, classless society is being emphasized. Today, in our social problems, problems of casteism, untouchability, dowry, superstition, rape, child abuse, forced unemployment, etc. remain huge.
Casteism is the result of the cuteness of Hindu society. Once the doors of society are closed for any crime that is excluded from the caste, hundreds of varnas among the varnas have gone away; Many upper-caste castes stood.
Due to the rule of paternal succession in India, the married woman and her children also became considered as the husband's caste. Thus the number of Shudras increased. Efforts to improve the condition of Harijans started from the time of freedom struggle. Much has been described in this regard in the Constitution of Independent India.
Untouchability, forced labor, child abuse, etc. have been declared punishable offenses in the constitution. To get rid of these evils, reservations were also made for Dalits and the oppressed. The problem of ethnic bonds is not as much in other religions as it is in Hinduism.
To eradicate social discrimination, every section of the society should get equal opportunity to progress, the education system should be at the same level, there should be measures to improve the economic condition of backward classes.
Inter-caste marriages can be encouraged to eradicate caste differences. The dowry system can be stopped by educating the women society and making them self-supporting. The basic trend of Indian life is based on the coordination of physical and spiritual aspects.
This is also the welfare path. A nation that ignores others without paying attention to its beliefs, can never solve its social problems.
